Glazed goat's cheese, pear, spinach and watercress salad with toasted almonds and a honey mustard dressing
Steamed lemon sole served on wilted chard and samphire finished with a lemon and prawn vermouth
Wild mushroom served on wilted spinach and samphire finished with a lemon vermouth (v)
Pan-fried guinea fowl served with a celeriac and potato rosti, Madeira and redcurrant jus
