Joy to the World concert by Shrewsbury Choral Society

a concert titled ‘Joy to the World’ with festive music and readings for Christmas. The Junior Choir of Christ Church, ‘Shelton & Oxon’, will sing Like a Candle Flame by Graham Kendrick and Silent Night, by Franz Gruber. Organist and pianist accompaniment will be performed by
John Bowen.

The Choral Society will sing Joy to the world. Mason/Handel, arranged by Mack Wilberg; and the programme will consist of carols ranging from O Come all ye faithful and the traditional English Carol’ It came
