Hillcrest Cinema - Emma Bovery

Emma Bovery is a gentle 15 certificate French romp, ideal for the pre-Christmas period. Martin is an ex-Parisian, passionate about Gustave Flaubert, has settled into a Normandy village after inheriting his father's bakery. An English couple move into a small farm nearby. Not only are the names of the new arrivals Gemma and Charles Bovery, but their behaviour also seems to be inspired by Flaumbert's heroes. He imediately becomes intrigued with the lovely Gemma.

The Hillcrest Cafe opens at 6.00 pm for delicious home-made food and the film starts at 7.30.
