Pilates - Beginners
A fun and friendly course for all ages, for those who are beginners to Pilates and wish to develop their skills. This 5 week course will help to develop, posture, increased muscle tone and a better sense of wellbeing and relaxation.
Thursday mornings from 10.45 - 11.45, 5 weeks starting 12 January 2017. Course fee £30 / £27 / £15 (Full fee/ Derbyshire Gold Card holders / those on certain benefits). Pre-booking required
