Slimming World - Ashton Park School - Thursdays
As of January 5th 2017, I (Emily) will be hosting a brand new Slimming World group at Ashton Park School, Blackmoors Lane, every Thursday at 7.30pm.
I myself have lost over 5 stone in under a year on the plan, and now want to help others to achieve their weight loss goals!
Come along to find out more about how you can reach your target weight with absolutely no food or drink banned, and without ever feeling hungry! There's plenty of parking, and I accept card payments.
