Wonderful garden developed over the last ten years, surrounding an old Borders farmhouse and steading, set within the “Teviot Valley Special Landscape Area”. Challenging conditions at 750 ft high on heavy, wet clay. From rough grassland to hornbeam hedges and borders full of shrubs, perennials, alpines and a few plantaholic’s gems, plus new woodland area. Fabulous views towards Bonchester Hill, Ruberslaw and, on clear days, the Moffat Hills. Directions: Six miles south of Jedburgh, 3 miles east
