Wimpole Estate - Nordic Walking - four week course

Nordic walking is based on the natural movement patterns of walking, a workout that tones the whole body and is the perfect way to feel good and discover the delights of the Wimpole Estate. Join qualified British Nordic Walking instructor Mandy Coar for a four week beginners course. In 4 x 80 minute lessons you will be able to master the basics of the correct technique to then be able to competently Nordic walk on your own or with a group. The next course starts in January 2017.
