A fun Aerobics Class to suit all fitness levels and abilities. Burn some calories while at the same time enjoying the music in this unique class. Mel is a qualified instructor, full of personality, with a passion for inspiring others to achieve their potential. Classes are £4.
The class runs from 6.30 - 7.30pm on mondays. The cost is £4 per class.
