Tai Chi Beginners' Course
Learn a short Tai Chi form based on the Yang style Long Form. Chi Kung, breathing exercises, Do-In. Relaxing the body, calming the mind, developing balance, stability and internal core strength.
Please note that this class is on the top floor, up 4 flights of stairs.
Improvers - 11.00 to 12.30 alternate Saturday mornings.
Beginners - 1.00 - 2.30 alternate Saturday afternoons.
