GARDEN OPENING for NGS with homemade cream teas in aid of Camphill Village Trust
Wincombe Park is a gem in a hidden valley only 2 miles from Shaftesbury. The mature gardens are full of azaleas, camellias, rhododendrons and many unusal plants and trees. The views from the lawn across the parkland to a lake (once the Abbess of Shaftesbury's fishpond) and bluebell woods are spectacular and the walled vegetable garden a place of peace. Do bring your dog on a lead and enjoy pottering about or just relax and listen to the birdsong.
Scrumptious homemade cakes, scones and
