Meditation For Everyone
These classes are designed to give everyone a taste of how to meditate effectively in order to reduce daily stress and increase inner peace and well-being. These teachings follow the path of Buddha, who taught how to examine our mind and see which states produce misery and confusion and which states produce health and happiness; sincerely engaging in this process can lead us to the peace of full enlightenment.
Each class will begin with a simple breathing meditation, followed by a teaching a
£5 per person; Everyone is welcome
