Meditation is a way of effectively triggering your body's healing relaxation response and for over 30 years I have seen people dramatically transform and energise their health and happiness. Enjoy a day of seated meditation, with short breaks every 20 minutes. A menu of meditations, each one designed to offer a specific set of skills to enable yo
£40 per person. Starts at 10am and finishes at 4pm with an hour for lunch. (For one day courses please bring your own food, there is tea and coffee and cake included within the course fee.)
