Introducing Solids Workshop
This session is run by our family support workers and aims to provide you with practical advice on how to support your child at this transition point onto solid foods. During the workshop we will discuss the merits of both weaning and baby led weaning to allow you to make the informed choices for you and your child. We will also explain during the course why we recommend for you to not introduce solids until AFTER 6 months old. Please contact the children's centre for next available date.
This course starts at 1:30 - 3:00pm and is at no cost.
