After extensive research into her family history, Gill Southwell discovered that her Great, Great Grandparents, and Great, Great Aunt & Uncle who lived in a New Forest village were converted to Mormonism in 1852 by a Mormon Missionary. Join Gill as she talks about their journey to Salt Lake City - with no railway across the US and racing against time to time to arrive before the winter snows closed the route through the Rocky mountains, it was a tough and arduous journey.
