Mottisfont - Exhibition: Thelwell: Ponies and Places

A major exhibition from the family archives of Norman Thelwell, whose popular cartoons of plump girls on ponies are joined by many other satires of twentieth-century life. Less familiar are Thelwell's beautiful paintings of local landscapes - he lived close to Mottisfont and captured the surrounding countryside in a series of stunning watercolours. Booking Not Needed. There will be a simple spotter trail for children.
