Pilates - Improvers
A fun and friendly course for all ages, for those who are beginners to Pilates and wish to develop their skills. This 10 week course will help to develop, posture, increased muscle tone and a better sense of wellbeing and relaxation.
Thursday mornings from 9.30 - 10.30, 10 weeks starting 14 January 2016. Course fee £55 / £50 / £28 (Full fee/ Derbyshire Gold Card holders / those on certain benefits). Pre-booking required
