BBQ demonstration
Master BBQ chef Richard Holden will be demonstrating that barbecueing can be more than burnt sausages, burgers and raw chicken. Creating tasty cordon bleu food on the BBQ is easier than you think. Richard spent 3 years touring the country doing demonstrations for Weber and now runs his own cookery school doing courses, demos and masterclasses.
There are 2 sessions on both Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 and 2:30.
Free to attend, no booking necessary.
