Charity Garden Open Day: Kew Terrace Secret Gardens
Kew Terrace is one of the grand terraces that line Great Western Road when built in 1845 to 1849, only one of the 20 houses had a mews, the others had back gardens. Over the years the temptation to use them as car storage spaces has been resisted and now there is a series of 'Secret Gardens'. They all enhance green living in a city environment.
