Charity Garden Open Day: The Glades
A recently developed garden with sweeping lawns surrounded by shrubs and herbaceous borders in the heart of Glenashdale. Whispering grasses lead to a rose and laburnum entwined pergola, banked by woodland plants and tree ferns. Spectacular gunnera edge a large spring pond. Directions: Follow the signs for the Glenashdale Falls leaving the centre of the village at the Coffee Pot. It is a ten minute walk. Parking is available but limited.
