Started in 2000 from a bare brown site around a renovated croft cottage, with additional field ground obtained in 2005, the garden is now approximately two acres. Due to the exposed and elevated (960 feet) position the ongoing priority is hedge and shrub planting to give some protection for the many and varied herbaceous borders, two large ponds and 'boggery'.
