Gardens Open for Charity: Blairwood House
Over the past three years we have changed our 17 year old, ½ acre garden in several ways. By re-routing part of the driveway we created space for a pond (using local stones) and a small stream. Many new flowering shrubs are used to extend seasonal interest and to provide a good backdrop for less substantial herbaceous perennials.
We revamped the entire herb garden for ease of maintenance, and began a new kitchen garden.
