Gardens Open for Charity: The Garden at Craigowan
The Garden at Craigowan is situated on a quiet public road overlooking the Tay and Tummel valleys at an elevation of 600ft. It has had significant redevelopment over the last 25 years and now extends to 5 acres with woodland, lawns and formal herbaceous and planted areas. The plant collection is mainly rhododendrons, magnolia, meconopsis, lilies and other traditional companion plants. There is a good show of meconopsis followed by the giant Himalayan lilies in June.
