Gardens Open for Charity: Corsock House

Corsock includes an amazing variety of types of designed landscape, from a strictly formal walled garden, through richly planted woodlands full of different vistas, artfully designed water features and surprises to manicured lawns showing off the Bryce baronial mansion. This is an Arcadian garden with pools and temples, described by Ken Cox as ‘the most photogenic woodland garden in Scotland.’ Directions: Off A75 Dumfries fourteen miles, Castle Douglas ten miles, Corsock village ½ mile on A712.
