creating this season for Milton Keynes
City Orchestra.
At first, a wonderful operatic Overture

somewhat eccentric piece from Haydn,
where the composer subtly ‘gets his own
way’ in a composition for his Patron.
Finally, the familiar and powerful
Symphony No.40. by Mozart. This
