Waiting for Godot
Samuel Beckett’s Waiting for Godot remains one of the greatest – and most popular – plays of the 20th century.
More than 60 years after its first performance – in French before Beckett translated his work into the version presented here – it retains its power to shock, entertain and provoke thought, and the Wharf Theatre is proud to present this production directed by two stalwarts of the theatre, Lewis Cowen and Peter Wallis.
It is subtitled a tragicomedy and two acts and was described by
