Free Well-being Events at FFochriw Community Centre, 2016

Due to funding received by HSCW and GAVO

We will be holding wellbeing events for members of the community.

These events will include mindfulness taster sessions, massage and reflexology taster sessions and either a yoga workshop or a creative music workshop.
