Food Adventure Spring Foraging in Cardiff - Spring Greens

This guided foraging in Cardiff adventure is set to take place in mid May as the wild food spring larder should be at its finest. Spend two hours, seeking out ingredients like wild garlic, nettles, cleavers, dandelions, sorrel, red clover and elderflower, all under Sasha’s knowledgeable and enthusiastic guidance. You will learn how to identity the delectable wild food nature has to offer, how to use the ingredients and how to forage sustainably.
