Yoga and relaxation session for unpaid carers

Carers in Hertfordshire has organised a yoga and relaxation workshop for unpaid carers, who look after a relative, partner or friend due to age, illness, disability or substance misuse.
Learn how to relax and deal with stress from within. This will be for carers who have not attended a similar session before and to book a place or for more details about the services and support Carers in Hertfordshire provides unpaid carers please call 01992 58 69 69.
