Anxiety is very common in our lives these days but do we really understand what is causing it and how to be free from it?
Through beginning to understand our mind we can start to recognise unpleasant feelings that arise. Instead of grasping at them as solid and fixed, we can begin to develop more constructive ways of reacting that will lead to a feeling of space and calm in our mind.
In this way we can see what is really going on and develop the confidence to let go of painful feelings before
