Salsa & Yoga Weekend

Immerse yourself in a weekend of classes led by experienced, qualified teachers. Open to absolute beginners, improvers and advanced dancers. No partner needed, everyone welcome. Dance workshops are led by Norma Daykin. As well as salsa there is an opportunity to learn popular club dances such as cha cha cha and bachata. You don’t need to bring a partner, classes are suitable for all abilities, including absolute beginners. There will be an opportunity to practice your technique or simply relax
