This month Rashmita will show you how to cook this traditional Punjabi meal incorporating a delicious combination of a Chana and potato masala served with the authentic deep fried bread called 'Bhatura', chutney and kachumber. All finished with a piece of Chokito made with dates and assorted nuts.
