Curry Club - Masala Dosa
At this month's Curry Club, Rashmita will show you how to create one of the most popular South Indian dishes, a Masala Dosa, with a crispy rice and lentil pancake (dosa) served with a potato curry, coconut sauce (chutney) and a spicy vegetable and lentil broth called sambar. Once everything is prepared, Rashmita will show you how to serve the Masala Dosa which you can then enjoy with a glass of wine. And for dessert, a delicious Mithai.
