The basement is brought to life with living history, discover life as a servant in the 1930s. Enjoy our special Living History days when the basement comes to life and transports you back to this time in the 1930s. 'Remember, remember, the 24th May, today it's Empire Day'. From 1902 to 1958 this day was designated a national holiday to celebrate. Booking Not Needed. Assistance Dogs only are welcome.
