Enjoy an introduction to embroidery before making an 18th century apron using similar materials and techniques to those that were employed at the time. Your day will start with an introduction to techniques employed in the 18th century and how the costume team have combined this knowledge with 21st century restrictions in order to create a beautiful collection of costumes in the mansion house.
