Ingatestone Hall - Garden and House open for the British Red Cross
Wander around ten acres of peaceful gardens, which contain a nut walk, stew pond, walled garden and rare clock tower. Inside the Grade I-listed, 16th¬century manor house, you can visit eight principal rooms for an extra fee. The rooms contain paintings, furniture and other Petre family memorabilia, amassed over the centuries
Open from 12pm to 5pm. Admission £5 per adult. Children under 12 free. Supplement for entrance to Hall: adults £2, senior citizens and students £1, children aged 5-16 £2.50.
