The Summer Festival could not end without audience favourites, The Brandenburg Sinfonia returning to create the climax to the season. Their classical programme includes Jerusalem, Fantasia on British Sea Songs, the March of Pomp and Circumstance and all the last night favourites as well as other popular classics including Mascagni’s Intermezzo from Cavalleria Rusticana; Elgar’s Chanson de Nuit and Chanson de Matin; Strauss’ Blue Danube Waltz and Mozart’s Symphony no. 29 in A.
