Come and spend the evening with the award winning author and chef Nigel Brown and local wine specialist Stephen Ball. Nigel will be demonstrating recipes from his cookbook (NB. HOW TO COOK) for you to taste while Stephen introduces you to some of the finest wines from around the world to sample along with Nigel’s delicious recipes.
