The Knaresborough Players are delighted to present their upcoming show. Stags and Hens is written by celebrated playwright Willy Russell, well known for plays such as Educating Rita and Blood Brothers.
Set in 1970's Liverpool, the heyday of Merseybeat and the Beatles is long gone, and working class life is still defined by limited horizons and very traditional assumptions about the roles of men and women.
