Led by trained Health Walk Leaders, it’s an ideal way to improve fitness or mobility in a sociable atmosphere. The walk follows a one mile circuit which can be repeated for those who want to go a bit further. Meet at the Visitor Centre. Tea and coffee afterwards. No need to book*
