Calke Abbey - Getting closer to nature festival - Wings over Calke
Fly on over and see the brilliant world of birds at Calke. You can make bird boxes and bird feeders in the main gazebo as well as look at bird signs such as feathers, pellets and nests; head for the bird hide and see what you can spot; you can even have a photography lesson for beginners. Booking Not Needed. Families encouraged! Dogs on leads welcome.
A National Trust Event - Gates open 09:30. Start 10:00. End 15:00. Free Entry. Meet in the main gazebo on the meadow.
