Enjoy running at Wray Castle with these runs, led by experienced leaders. You'll get helpful tips and techniques for running offroad, and there'll be different drills every week to develop skills, confidence and fitness. These friendly sessions are great. Booking Not Needed. Children aged 12 and over are welcome.
