Duo Piccolo e Grande in concert
A concert of rare and beautiful sonatas for mandolino and hurdy-gurdy including works by Vivaldi and Scarlatti. This is a free concert with a retiring collection.
Duo Piccolo e Grande was created about four years ago to explore non-mainstream music from the baroque period. Their featured instrument is the mandolino, a precise replica of the ivory and ebony 1752 original in the V&A museum.
