Dean Forest Railway
We are a heritage railway running 4.5 miles throughout the Forest of Dean. We have five stations along the line with picturesque countryside walks being accessible from these stations. Why not make use of our Steam Day Rover allowing you to travel on any train, multiple times. Our special events throughout the year prove extremely popular and include Murder Mystery, Evening Dining Trains, Lunchtime Dining trains and Santa Specials at Christmas which are always a sell-out event. We are continually reviewing our events to ensure we cater for all tastes and ages. At our Norchard station we have a cafe, a well-stocked shop selling a vast array of books, toys and gifts as well as a fascinating museum transporting visitors back in time.
Open most Wednesdays. Weekends and Bank Holidays.
