A unique adventure park, set in more than 20 acres in Alresford near Colchester, is preparing to open its magic portal to an Enchanted Lost Kingdom, providing the perfect family day out. Wyvernwood has existed in this quiet and beautiful countryside location for centuries and has only been recently rediscovered by the outside world. From this summer it will be possible for visitors to come and see this Enchanted Lost Kingdom and experience the magic and awe themselves. Wyvernwood’s Experiences Director, Nick White, was previously the Experience and Entertainment Manager at the world-famous Hamleys toy store in London as well as spending over a decade with Merlin Entertainments as part of the team managing Shrek’s Adventure and the London Dungeon. He explained: “Wyvernwood is like no other visitor attraction in the United Kingdom. It offers an extraordinary world full of wonder and is perfect for children aged 2 to 12 and their families to explore for the day.
