UEA Choir and Symphony Orchestra present 'Pictures of Russia'
The University of East Anglia Choir and Symphony Orchestra will perform three celebrated Russian masterpieces on Friday 18 November at 7.30pm in St Andrews Hall, Norwich.
Comprising students, staff and members of the local community, the 160-strong choir and 70-strong orchestra will perform: Mussorgsky’s unsettling Pictures at an Exhibition; music from Rachmaninov’s orthodox masterpiece, Vespers (or All-Night Vigil); and scenes from Mussorgsky’s grand rendition of Boris Godunov.
