Tai Chi FREE 'Taster'
This gentle form of exercise is practiced by millions of people throughout the world and has many recognised benefits for health and well being. You will learn how tai chi can help anyone to improve their fitness. It is known to help flexibility, coordination, balance, strength and mental health. There will be a chance to try some of the exercises and movements, and a Beginners' course starts the following week.
6.30 - 7.30 pm. Free event.
Beginners' course starts Tues 19 September - 12 December, 6.30 - 8.00 pm. £7.00 per week.
