Parkinson’s Dance

Vivacity is bringing high quality dance activities to people with Parkinson’s, their friends and family. Our trained dance teacher, Hannah Clissett, is dedicated to providing participants with an exceptional dance experience through bespoke mentoring and dialogue. The benefits of dancing all amount to feelings of joy and wellbeing. For people with Parkinson’s dance can be used as an escape from the everyday. Individuals will have the freedom to be creative, meet new people, stay active and most importantly, have fun!

9.30am -10.30am, £3 per ticket.
