The beautiful Cotswolds town of Lechlade on Thames plays host once again to the award-winning 3 day family-friendly music festival over the late May bank holiday weekend. From rock to reggae, folk to funk, pop to punk and everything in between, there’s something for everyone including free family activities, real ales, fabulous food and a burlesque revue. Over 80 artists entertain on 4 stages - a fantastic weekend of live music for all ages, with plenty to keep the kids entertained. Voted ‘The Best in the Cotswolds, Lechlade Festival takes place on the Riverside Country Park, alongside the River Thames. The historic town centre is just 2 minutes’ walk away, the site boasts free parking and easy access from London, the Midlands and major road networks. Kids 16 & under go FREE and enjoy a packed programme of free activities all weekend. New for 2017, a Young Adults ticket for 17 to 19 year olds offers an affordable option for a fabulous festival weekend.
Real Ales from some of the many surrounding breweries and artisan ciders combine with a mouth-watering selection of foods and plenty of stalls to explore. Free family workshops include Street Dance, Woodland Learning, Belly Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Learn The Recorder, Arts & Crafts and a party with Paw Patrol!
