Drakes Island Swim
Drakes Island is set within Plymouth Sound and contains derelict military barracks and buildings from the Napoleonic era as well as a colony of little Egrets.
The Drakes Island swim will start on the beach at Firestone Bay with the swim to Drakes Island and back around 1.5km in distance.
Please note this swim is to Drakes Island and back and not around the Island.
This is a great swim for those new to Open Water Swimming and to anyone signed up for their first Bre
