Charity Garden Open Day: Bonhard House
A traditional 19th century garden of five acres with mature trees including hollies, sequoias, Douglas Fir and a mid-19th century monkey puzzle. Extensive lawns, rhododendron and azalea beds, herbaceous borders, ponds, and an oak drive lined with primulas and daffodils. There is also a productive kitchen garden, wooded area and a walk up behind the house to a Pinetum containing more than 25 species. Directions: From Perth take the A94 north to Scone.
